Helix NinjaPak Warranty Information

Thank you for purchasing the Helix Disc Golf NinjaPak! Here are the warranty policies and procedures you need to know:

Helix Disc Golf strives to offer innovative design and high quality in our disc golf bags. All bags carry a Limited Warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and is valid only for the original owner of the bag.

This limited warranty does not cover improper use, normal wear and tear, or bags with any type of repair or alterations. Our warranty also does not cover damage due to the breakdown of materials or colors caused by weather, usage or cleaning products.

To be eligible for the warranty, you must complete the warranty information form below within 30 days of receiving the bag from Helix Disc Golf or from one of our retail partners. To place a claim, you must provide detailed pictures of the damage that is the result of a manufacturer’s defect. Claims will not be considered if the damage is caused by natural wear and tear from use or outside forces (such as acts of nature or tampering with the material by the owner).
